Classes

Being outside is important mostly in UK where a lot of people are in deficit of vitamin D (Sun’s vitamin). Join me to do outside sport classes and have fun. 

You could do cardiovascular exercises (HIIT, Boxercise, Cardio circuit, …) or strength training (Circuit based exercise, Weights, Body blitz, Bands, Kettlebell, TRX, …). All sessions are including a warmup, cool down and flexibility. Sessions can vary from 30 to 60 minutes but all giving you maximum output. The sessions are for all levels from beginner to more advanced as I am always giving you some adaptation with possibility of regression or progression in function of your level.

Classes are done in Croft garden park at Spencers-Wood where you kids or grandkids can come with you and play as you are doing exercise (everybody enjoying a little time of well-being). 

I am offering different pricing in function of your preference with a pay as you go or monthly options.

I am attending Julie‘s classes as I am not a fan of gyms and enjoy being outside after a long day stuck inside at my desk. Especially the last few months, the classes have been a life saver mentally and physically and it is nice to be able to socialize ( safely ) during a workout. Julie is enthusiastic, motivating, and knowledgeable and able to walk that fine line of giving a tough workout whilst keeping training enjoyable & fun but also taking the time to meet each individuals needs. She is creative with the different workouts and there is a good mix of cardio, body weight and circuit workouts but also a focus of wellbeing in general. I always look forward to the workouts – keep it up 😊

I joined Julie’s classes to maintain my fitness during recovery from a running injury. After recovering from the injury I continue to attend Julie’s classes because I found them hugely beneficial to my overall strength and fitness. Julie is incredibly knowledgeable and varies her classes to incorporate different types of exercises and equipment. She focuses her attention on ensuring everyone in the class is using the correct technique to avoid injury and maximise effectiveness. Julie has created an environment which is supportive and inclusive of all abilities and fitness levels. I highly recommend Julie’s classes!

I thoroughly enjoy taking part in Julie’s classes. I always feel she has put a great deal of thought into putting together varied and challenging sessions, including modifications for beginners or anyone with specific injuries or problem areas. I particularly value the time she spends explaining which muscle groups each exercise should be working and helping in correcting with form and technique. Julie’s approachable and supportive manner makes every class enjoyable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness or exercise regime.

I recently joined Julie’s group exercise classes at the park after not really managing to get myself into the routine of exercise again since becoming a mum. Julie and the rest of the class attendees immediately made me feel welcome. I feel like I have some of my old self back now that I am regularly exercise again. As well as being a mum, my job is very demanding so I really enjoy attending the classes and having some time to focus on my fitness & well being. Julie makes sure the exercises are suitable for all & takes great care to make sure our technique is right. I recently tried some online classes but didn’t enjoy it as much without having her there to keep a watchful eye on me. I would definitely recommend Julie’s classes; she is immensely passionate about fitness & the well being of her students
