Graduated after 3 years of praticing and training hard, I have developped a technique based on feeling : a link between mind and body.

Classes
I am giving small group classes 3 times a week, they are much more focus on general strength and cardio and are accessible to all levels (beginner, intermediate and advance). I always give several variations to give you the opportunity to work at the right level.
PT Session
Can be done alone or in couple (some people has more motivation doing it with a buddy). These sessions are fully focus on you, your goals and provide the right adaptation for you. A service of follow-up can be added on top of it.
Nutrition Plans
As a nutrition and weight management adviser, I can help you by following your diet on a every day basis to help you to find the best diet based on your body, your life style and your well-being.
